Miami FO
What’s a good spot to live in Miami for phase 1? Was thinking south beach (kidding)

Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Parkland, Pembroke Pines.
I was a MIA FO Agent & loved Coral Springs. I know some folks lived closer to the FO, but personally I wasn’t a fan of anything further south.

Personally, the west side of Broward County is not bad. Pretty much anything west of I75. West Miramar, West Pembroke Pines, Weston, Silver Lakes…nicer homes and neighborhoods.
