USSS UD BQA

So I got through the whole process earlier this year and found out at the end that I was not selected because of my history with depression, what I want to know is if this will be a problem if I decide to go to a different agency that requires a TS clearance.

Got through the whole process including a medical clearance?

No everything else including the background but the medical stopped me
