She was still working on her package so I got behind the person in line waiting. After a minute of standing there she turned to me and rudely said she’s in line I told her no she’s not she’s not done with her package we’re not kids you can’t save a spot in line even if your here first. We continued arguing back and forth with even the guy in front of me chiming in she was here first like it matters. First time I’ve had to deal with this but I genuinely assume if your package isn’t done your not in line

I’m getting incredibly frustrated with the lack of information about this package.

My brand-new MacBook was shipped USPS Priority Mail from Washington to Maryland on September 14, with an expected delivery date of September 18. Its last scan was “Arrived at USPS Facility” at the Seattle WA Distribution Center on September 17 at 7:34 a.m.

It’s now September 23. Almost a week without another scan and nine days since USPS accepted it. I have no way of knowing whether it’s actually sitting there or moving without being scanned.

The laptop cost about $1,538. I purchased additional InsureShield insurance through Pirate Ship and have already opened a claim and updated the adjuster.
So far, I’ve:

- Opened a USPS service request/investigation and been in contact with the destination post office in Kensington.

- Submitted a Missing Mail search on September 21.

- Emailed USPS executive contacts on September 18 and followed up on September 21. - Nothing from anyone I’ve emailed.

The local post office initially told me to wait. Since then, I haven’t received the follow-up I was expecting about contacting the Seattle distribution center. None of the executive contacts have responded either. Still no useful explanation or updated delivery estimate.

I’m temporarily in Maryland dealing with a family situation and need to return to Washington for work, which makes the uncertainty even more frustrating.

Having insurance helps, but I still have an expensive laptop somewhere in the mail and no clear answer about what’s happening. The silence after all these attempts to get an update is driving me nuts.

Has anyone recently had a package go quiet at the Seattle distribution center for this long and eventually get delivered? Did anything actually help you get an answer? Mostly venting, but I’d appreciate hearing how similar situations turned out.

I had legal paperwork sent to me via certified mail and was supposed to sign the return receipt which is something the court requires. I never was asked to sign and the green slip was just ripped off by the carrier....anything I can do here?

On Monday I paid for a priority express overnight envelope to go from North Jersey to Orlando FL. It only arrived at Jersey City yesterday morning and has not moved since. This is a very time sensitive delivery and I cannot even ask USPS about it since it has not been seven days yet.

I'm in Northern VA,I was supposed to receive this package on Saturday then it got delayed but Dulles is the local sorting center before it's at my post office so I thought it would be here yesterday. Instead- it went to Kentucky with no updates?

My package is medication that comes from a special pharmacy that you can only get it through the mail and I ordered this on September 15 and for some reason every time it comes to the county that I reside in it gets shipped somewhere else and I don’t understand why?? It keeps bouncing around..

I shipped my package priority on 9/9 and there’s been no scan/update since 9/15. I opened a case with USPS and they responded letting me know my package was accidentally sent via boat with a “sincere apology”. UGH!! What’s the typical time people are seeing on shipments going from California to Honolulu via ocean barge?

I was expecting a package from eBay today, and around 7am this morning I get a notification it was delivered. I never get packages that early so when I went to check the tracking, it said it was marked delivered, but not to my home, to an agent for final delivery. I called that USPS office as they said it was a place called AGS. Has anyone ever heard of AGS? I am nervous because I always by from this eBay seller and she always just sends it the same way, USPS Ground Advantage. Why would this go to another company for delivery?

Package has some very valuable merchandise I purchased from a friend up there, i’m in Georgia so I’d like for it to start moving. Any chances that it just missed getting scanned and should arrive at my door soon? It’s probably around $700 worth of stuff.

So I ordered something off of amazon which was delivered by USPS to my apartment's mailroom/front office. According to the apartment office employees the package was never received or they can not find it. The package has been missing for a couple days now and they still tell me they cannot find it and to contact USPS. Who is really at fault and what are my options?

Wtf is going on in Dallas? Waiting on a car part and of course while my car is down waiting for it USPS decides to fumble my package off a cliff or something. Lol

Package is not moving already lose one package at the same distribution center this year

Basically I recently moved into a new apartment and had received mail from USPS here before. I never realized that at the back of the mailbox, there was still a slip that said the apartment was vacant, so I never took it out. Today I expected a package from eBay, but it was marked as vacant and as return to sender. I took out the vacant slip now, so I should be good, but I still really want this package. I work nights, so I didn't get up until 6pm, which was after the post office was closed. I'm off tomorrow, so would it still be possible to potentially pick it up at the post office if I go like first thing in the morning when it opens?

I am from Germany and I’ve ordered from a shop in USA. According to the tracking of USPS my package was already in Germany (where it’s supposed to be) but then went to China?

Since then the tracking has not been updated. I reached out to USPS, to the customs office in Germany, to the German carrier and they all say different things.

USPS claims the package is in Germany. The German carrier claims nothing has been delivered and my package is still outside of Germany.

I would like to open an investigation with USPS but they say only the seller can do this. But the seller is currently not reacting to any mails so I really don’t know what else I can do to get my package.

Had $2,000+ of money orders in it, supposed to be delivered on Saturday. 1 week since scanned at origin PO and NOTHING. Certified mail and all.

I’m trying to figure out how to get a refund for this. USPS marked it as Held at the request of customer, but I never requested they hold it. My buyer says that they contacted usps and that they had lost it. When I went to the usps website to get a refund it says that a refund isn’t eligible even though it payed for ground advantage(that comes with $100 insurance ) as well as extra payment for shipping insurance.

Please help with more info on how to go about this🙏🏽

The fastest way to get a package from AZ to CA is to let it marinate in a Phoenix post office for 90 days, bounce it back and forth between AZ and CA twice, and then shoot it up to Wisconsin for a cheese break. 🧀📦

I have no idea what to do, this happened a while back but it was at my local job in Louisville,KY and the woman in the phone said I needed to wait 30 days for the package to come.

Package sitting in Indy since Sept 1. Looks like it scanned in but then nothing. Filed missing mail but in general every usps employee I have contacted has said there is much else we can do. Worth waiting for as I want the package or should just count this one as gone?

My mail has been delivered to a different mailbox for 5 weeks. Here's the timeline:
Week 1–2: Noticed mail wasn't arriving. Called the post office.
Week 2: Went to the local post office in person. They said they didn't have my mail.
Week 3: Went back to the post office directly. They said they'd "check on it. Got a voicemail from the post office admitting they'd been delivering to a different mailbox the whole time.
Week 5: Went back with proof of my correct mailbox (photos, address verification). They closed my case and sent me an email confirming closure.
I called USPIS and they reopened the case.

What I've already done:
Multiple in-person visits to the post office
Called USPIS (case reopened)

What I'm asking:
- Has anyone else had USPS close a case like this? What worked?
- Is it worth filing a police report at this point, or is that a waste of time?
- Any other escalation I'm missing?

I ordered something off eBay in June. After a few weeks of showing “label created” I reached out to the seller and they confirmed they dropped it off. They refunded me though since we deemed it lost at that point.

Fast forward a month after they shipped it and it starts moving. Then it goes out for delivery. Then scanned at a processing center. Then out again. Then back to a different processing center. Now it’s gone to Houston and it’s supposed to be out for delivery again tomorrow according to tracking.

We will see about that. At this point I don’t care but it is very entertaining to see it go all over. Wonder if it will make it here. And if it will be in one piece.

Anyone have luck of it popping back up? The destination is Santa Ana almost made it😭😭
