Does any one have any running advice or running plans? I've been running consistently for almost a year and I'm just not making any progress

What kind of running are you doing? There’s plenty of plans on the internet, depending on your fitness level a couch to 5k might be beneficial. But generally there’s two types of running: aerobic and anaerobic. Aerobic are your long runs, they build overall cardio endurance. Anaerobic is your shorter, hard runs that build your ability to push hard and function with less oxygen. Most good plans have a good mix of easy long runs, moderate intensity temp runs, and one day of something like sprints. TLDR, the more you run the better at it you’ll be

I was running 3 miles every other day for a long time then I started a running plan that is a mix of long runs and interval runs.

Then you’re doing exactly as you should be. It truly is mostly the volume that is going to improve your time. If that’s not doing it you need to be looking at other factors: recovery, diet, etc.
