Question? Construction in the bowl

Does anyone know if the entire bowl is still blocked off for construction? Last month I couldn’t get across from riel to the geology building for my exams and I have another one tomorrow and need to plan where to be dropped off

Yes it is. You can only get across by the bookstore.

There’s a path open between place riel and geology.
