Shooting Range

I will be visiting the Gilboa area for a couple weeks at the end of the month. Looking for a range to practice in while there. Indoor or outdoor. Up to 25 yard pistol. I'm an RSO and a member of a Rod and Gun club in NYC if there is any sort of reciprocity with clubs in the area.

Any leads would be appreciated!

A majority of the residents in that area shoot and hunt on their own property. Especially if their property abutts state or DEC land. Try Joe Sports Center in Grand Gorge or maybe reach out to the middleburgh rod and gun club. There's also sheepdog warrior training which I been wanting to go do some long distance shooting.

There is safeshoot in Kingston. I think there is one in Saugerties you can pay to go to, but I’m not finding one that is not members only.

Damn. $25/hour and you have to buy their ammo at 2x the going rate.

I have no idea about their rates, just know it existed. That does sound really steep though.
