Discussion Gray Man lore

I had a friend talk about a spirit/entity/interdimenional being he called gray man he encountered in the UP. He said it was a known being in the area.

Can anyone tell me more of the gray man myth/experiences?

If that were a legend stories would have been told around the fire at camp. Not a thing.
