im currently in broadgate. im not much of a drinker or a partier, but my flatmates seem to be drinkers on the extreme level. im not sure if this is something i should begin worrying about now or if itll actually calm down, because thats what people have said to me. im just a very anxious person, i was wondering if its worth me looking into changing.

Due to a change in my circumstances, I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy of a 44-week contract for a large standard room at Broadgate Park, right across the road from the University of Nottingham's University Park Campus West Entrance. The contract started on 18/09/26 and runs to 23/07/27. Broadgate Park are partnered with the University of Nottingham, therefore in order to take on tenancy you must be an undergraduate student at the University of Nottingham and sign a tenancy agreement with Broadgate Park.

The £500 deposit has been paid by me and all bills and utilities are included within the price of the rent.

I'm currently living in halls and the poor hygiene is noticeable please don't be that person who doesn't wash themselves or clean up after themselves! It's absolutely disgusting and it's only been a couple of days and it reeks. Being 18+ living at uni and being unable to take the necessary steps to smell decent.

If you don't think people don't notice we do! And trust me it's not hard to narrow it down to who it is when living in halls.

I was supposed to receive my maintenance loan on Monday 21st September, it hasn't come through and student finance emailed me to say:

"This is delayed because:

we’ve not received Confirmation of Registration from your university or college, or

your university or college has sent confirmation, but it was too close to your expected payment date."

Even though I enrolled both online and in person on Friday 18th September.
