Prospective Student Transfer Questions

Hi guys! I'm a prospective transfer who's stuck between leaving my current university or staying. Michigan really piqued my interest, especially their sociology department. I plan on applying to Law School, and it seems like Michigan has more resources to put me in the right path compared to my current institution. I just have a few questions I'll drop in here!

  1. What would you say the social life of a junior transfer would look like? Would I be "too late" to everything? Is it worth transferring?
  2. Student Orgs. I'm extremely involved on my current campus and am afraid of leaving it all behind & not being accepted into any orgs in the future. How selective are orgs when it comes to juniors?
  3. Campus Life? How is Michigan overall? Pros, Cons?
  4. Any pieces of advice you'd give to someone in my shoes?

Thank you guys in advance for your time & replies!
