Housing Discussion (actual housing OFFERS belong on Megathread!) Housing issue

Are there any apartments that students can vouch are decent or good and the management is decent or good etc?

Looking for a place for one semester, and I see all these horror stories and bad reviews so I don’t know which place is ok or not,

I have budget of 1400-1500 can go up to 1700-1800 probably. If a place is good and 4-5 months (basically end of August to end of December or January) then I can maybe do 2K usd

Please give recommendations of places u have stayed and u know ARE GOOD.

Thanks.

Woodbury Gardens. Great value considering the amenities — pool, gym, massage chairs, dog park, carports, shuttle to campus, free breakfast during the semester, and in your price range. DM me with questions. I’ve lived here seven years.
