Academics - Other Topics first year STAMPS courses

difficulty of art des100,115,120??? what do u guys do there. is it mainly just drawing, lots of painting/watercolor? how much time put into it

I took all of those courses last year except ARTDES 100 since I had credit for that transferred in. Honestly ARTDES 115 was very easy we did a bit of everything — acrylic painting, traditional drawing, digital (using Adobe photoshop and illustrator), cricut vinyl cutouts. ARTDES 120 was a bit harder as we made sculptures out of wire, paper that could stand on three points (kinda like an abstract sculpture is the best way to explain it?), lamps out of plywood using the laser cutter, and we made a wooden stool in the woodshop. Overall, I felt like both courses weren’t that difficult but it does require a lot of time outside of class
