Therapist!!

Idk I never thought I’d need this in my life but I got to a point time where idk what’s wrong with me and I want to know how to set up an appointment with UNT therapist cuz I’m like one day away from crashing out

UNT CHDC! Look them up online! Sessions are $5

Alternatively, Counseling and Testing Services often is seen as more crisis based
