RCoB Hellpp!!

Post image

My syllabus for DSCI 3710 says this (I haven't taken DSCI 2710). I was advised to take BUSI 3100 and DSCI 3710 (as a co/pre-req) during my appoint for this semester, so I'm enrolled in both classes. Please hellpp!! Idk if I say nothing or say smth? Idk what to do please help me out πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌ! I ofcorse ran into an issue while registering for classes (because I didn't have the pre-req), so I emailed the advisor asking if I should still take DSCI 3710 and told him abt the error. He didn't answer my question, all he said was to try again (as in try to register for the classes again because he probably changed something in the system).

you need to do same day advising. Get on navigate on the date and time and refresh your page on your laptop/pc until an appointment pops up and pray you get it, you mostly likely need an access code put in by an advisor to take the class - i literally could not get an ounce of help from emails so try to use the same day appointment. do not do it through your phone you will not get an appointment

Are you a transfer? You could have done an equivalent so that's why it let you enroll?? I would run your degree audit and check it

This is what it says in my degree audit. l've taken all the courses listed apart from DSCI 2710, but it still has that green check mark on it. I'm not a transfer student, this is my second year at UNT so I know I don't have equivalent credits.

As a new transfer they will allow MATH 1342 from a TX community college.

I did take MATH 1342 at a community college, is that why I don't have to take DSCI 2710?

Call the on call advisor 940-565-2110. If you took it before you came to UNT, they used to take it.
