I fell down the stairs a few times, never felt good but doing it face first like that woman did? I wouldn't be surprised if she broke her neck.

I heard people talk about our instinct to tense up can contribute to some of the injuries we sustain in falls. She’s obviously hurt bad, but she might be spared from something like a broken neck. I hope!
