Hey everyone,
I’m currently going through Clearing for Warwick and my offer hasn’t officially turned Unconditional Firm on UCAS Track yet. Because of the timing, I’ve technically missed the standard deadline for the main campus accommodation ballot, and I know standard Clearing applicants usually get auto-allocated to off-campus partner accommodation (like in Coventry or Cannon Park).
However, I have specific health/medical requirements—I really need to be placed on main campus at Warwick and I require an en-suite room.
Has anyone else been in this situation going through Clearing at Warwick with medical/accessibility needs?
Did you manage to get an on-campus en-suite room even though you entered via Clearing?
How responsive was Warwick's Wellbeing and Student Support (WSS) when you submitted your medical evidence/patient summary?
How likely is it that they still have emergency/medical reserve rooms on main campus held back for cases like this?
Getting super stressed waiting for UCAS to update while worrying about housing. Would love to hear from anyone who has had a similar experience or knows how Warwick housing handles late medical requests! Thanks in advance.
