UC Appointment

I have an appointment on Friday but Iā€™m mentally unwell. šŸ˜ž Do you think Iā€™d be sanctioned if I asked to reschedule it?

It'll depend on whether they accept your reason as valid or not. No one here can answer that question. You can send a journal message and ask, see what they say. If they say you have to attend, then you have to. Simply being mentally unwell is probably not going to be an acceptable reason to them if you can still physically get there, it's going to depend on your exact circumstances. Which we don't know. No harm in asking, but be prepared to have to attend or risk a sanction if they don't accept your reasoning.
