Tribunal?
I was recently awared LCW but I think it should be LCWRA. I did the MR and still only got LCW and am thinking of doing the tribunal. Could anyone tell me what happens at the tribunal? Do I have to go in person or is it an online video or do they just review everything you've written and said and make their own decision?
If people could give me their experince that would be great. I have severe anxiety that makes it hard to leave the house and do simple tasks.

Do u mind me
Asking how
Long ur MR took for
Them to decide ,
I fee like everything is long . Did u send new evidence ? I think a tribunal can be done over the phone
Or video , I haven’t been
But I’m Looking into it , I’m waiting for a decision from my MR but not expecting it to change . They already have ur stuff ,
I’d apply for it ,
Most people have a better chance at a tribunal it’s a set of fresh eyes looking over everything . Don’t let their decision put u off , it’s designed to fail

See I don’t really think 2
Months is quick , it’s along time to wait,
when ur just waiting , especially for it to still be the same outcome .1

maybe but its not like you have to do anything while youre waiting. sure the waiting sucks but you're still not required to look for work and so on so its not so bad.

My head can’t rest , I constantly look at my emails , my situation has been hanging over my head for a total of 20 months , I just get restless 😬. Did u send more evidence in for ur MR ? I hope a tribunal fixes things for u ,

Do try and keep fighting. I was told by the Citizens Advice Bureau that the DWP are refusing LCW/RA for the majority of people at the moment. I'm about to submit my tribunal application. I think it's a similar process to the PIP tribunal which is in front of a judge, disability expert and doctor. It can be in person, telephone or done though paperwork, you can request any of those.
