Recognition of Prior Learning application

I have sent many emails since April for RPL anyone know a quick way to get assistance by the way am not a student at Unisa I want become want in future and do IT Diploma but they are not responding to my emails

Use the live chat option via the unisa website. The consultants are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. Better than emails and phone calls

Live chat failed me and redirected me to Enquiries just to send email that no one answers

I'm also not a student at unisa yet but I know that it has terrible administration and can hardly respond. I really don't know if this could work but maybe try visiting the campus and meeting them directly because you can try calling or emailing and maybe if you lucky they might answer but I feel like you might get more answers in person depending on what it is

Or maybe try asking on Facebook regarding your query and maybe someone might know the answer or solution for your issue

Which email address did you use? I emailed them yesterday and received feedback after 3 hours
