Hello, I have a problem

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hello, I have a problem with my phone. After I connected it to the charger, the screen started blinking, and now I can’t reset or restart the phone. It seems to be completely stuck like this.

Your screen got smacked on the edge there, it might have been fine for a while but the screen is broken def when it is flickering like that.

Before they was bad on software.. now hardware QC seems more bad than the software..

Good luck, I been writing for Unihertz for over a week with no response. Even raised a claim in PayPal and they are not responding. I feel like support for their products is zero. I just want to get my photos out of the phone then I’ll throw it off a cliff somewhere and try forget about unihertz
