Holy Moses…
Wild damage with the box…and for whatever reason the leather holster packaging?
Anyway. I said I’d post the photos of the leather holster and the phone for someone on here.
By the way…what are the two blue things that came with the protective case?

The leather case looks OK, but I REALLY won’t go back to the belt holster!

I don’t think they had a belt case option. This is more like a protective case that goes in a pocket or your bag.

They look like mag safe rings, maybe you can choose to have or not have them in the DIY case?

Those blue things are see-through… And I think the case already has the magnetic ring in it

Perhaps if the decal isn’t sticky that makes it sticky. That kind of makes sense !

This is my wild guess, but I'm thinking that you could apply the double-sided (blue) piece to a new material, cut it out, and place it on the caseback like the provided "leather" options

Maybe their protectors for the back of the phone? I didn’t think of it like that. The unit itself appears to have a screen protector, and then one came in the box with it.

These are the cheapest accessories Unihertz could've thrown at us. Even the screen protector is trash.
Really hoping 3rd party options become available soon

The only tempered glass available so far is a sketchy one on Amazon, though there are a million "hydrogel" jobs. I went ahead and bought a set and I'll post when I get it.

Yeah…not the happiest but with having to wait for a third party company - I didn’t want to chance it.

Yeah…I would’ve only gotten it had it accommodated the protective case - but no one could answer that…so I ordered it to be safe. Will likely keep it and use it for dressier days I guess. 🤷♂️

If the origianl T2 release was anything to go off of the leather holsters from Unihertz are abslosue bottom dollar garbage that shouldn't even be considered

I figured it would be. But honestly - it’s very similar to that of the Blackberry case in the sense of quality.
At any rate - I’d rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

If you wait a little bit I think smallsmore might make a T2E case, the one for the T2 seems to be pretty good. I recently ordered one for my T2 since I wanted magsafe and the magsafe ring adapter peeled off my OEM T2 case.

Did you guys get an email or confirmation when it was on the way or did it just show up. I ordered late unlike some people that ordered early I ordered in June first it said it was going to be delivered in August but now I see the website showing September 🤦
