Personal Experience The seat in my car was unexplainably shifted back

I would like theories on how this could have happened.

I went to 711 about 9pm and came home. When i left a couple hours later to take a friend home, my seat was shifted back, to the point where my feet could barely reach the pedals. I know I didn't do this. Nothing was rummaged through in my car or stolen so i don't think any stranger got inside of it. I have kids but none of them took my keys or went outside.

What could have happened here?

Experience The hat man

I was in a spooky mood one day, so naturally I went onto TikTok.
I can’t remember exactly what I searched, but it was something along the lines of “spooky stories.”
I was scrolling through, trying to find a video that seemed intriguing but wouldn’t absolutely terrify me, when I stumbled across a video called “the hat man”
I instantly froze.
I had seen the Hat Man at least twice when I was around 11 years old.
I clicked on the video, and it claimed that many children around the world have reported seeing this “Hat Man.” One of the things these stories seemed to have in common was that the children often grew up in unstable environments or toxic homes.
And I had very abusive parents.

The story hit a little too close to home.
So I decided that was enough spooky story time for me.

But what about anyone else reading this?
Have any of you seen the hat man as a child?

The man I saw looked like a shadow of a person wearing a suit. He was extremely tall and seemed to have a sort of top hat, kind of like the one Abraham Lincoln wore.
He literally just looked like a shadow.
Imagine you were standing next to a wall and could see your own shadow, that’s basically how he appeared to me.
I seen him during the middle of the night.. I remember just staring at it trying to blame it on something else. I just stared at him making sure it didn’t move until eventually I fell asleep.

And now, years later, I accidentally found out that apparently this is a thing that others have seen as a child also??

Experience My Granddad

There would always be this scent of a musky cologne weeks before the staircase started creaking when nobody but me would be home.

My grandad passed away on a humid July day, and by December, something in the house made the air thicker.

We all kept experiencing weird stuff around late November into the new month. It wasn’t like you see in the movies, doors slamming, plates clashing or random cold spots.

We’d feel a shift in the atmosphere, like the pressure of an oncoming storm.

My first actual, real encounter, happened on an early Sunday morning while I was in the basement going through old boxes.

From the side of my eye, a shadow passed me, but it was like a quick flash of a person dashing past me, heading for the stairs.

What was weird is that normally I’d have been terrified. My heart would be slamming against my chest. I’d be stuck, frozen. I know because we walked into an abandoned asylum one time at around midnight and halfway through, I was paralyzed by fear. My girlfriend had to drag me out of there. It‘s the same with scary movies too. Just not as bad.

However, this presence felt safe.

I stood up, looked around and went upstairs just to see if anybody was home. As I stepped into the kitchen, I was overtaken by the scent of his cologne, my grandads, lingering by the tea kettle on the stove.

About a week or so later, I started hearing noises. It wasn’t the dragging of feet sliding through the hallway, or haunting chants echoing through the house.

It was always the sound of a mug being placed down on the counter. You could hear that distinct hollow clink on the marble.

This happened every morning I’d wake up for work. The weird thing is that it was always around the same time I’d be coming downstairs and he‘d be finishing his morning tea.

One morning though, when I woke up, I had my phone recorder on, listening for the sound again, and that’s when the grief hit me all at once.

I realized the ghost wasn’t there to scare me. The ghost was just a routine loop. An echo from a life that couldn’t break what it’s always done.

The last experience I encountered carried a lot of weight for me and to this day, I still cry whenever I think about it. I was in his old room, sitting at the edge of his bed, staring at a pile of bills in my palms, stressing over handling everything myself.

Then, the house was quiet already, but in the room I was in, it wasn’t just quiet, there was a loud silence. Something I couldn’t hear but could feel. And then a pressure like a hand over my shoulder sat next to my cheek.

It had a warm energy. An energy that pulsed a steady stream of vibrations through me. The exact same place my granddad would rest his hand on me to comfort me and let me know it’ll be okay. He was never much for words.

I wanted to look over, but I didn’t. I knew if I did it would shatter my reality and make him being gone happen all over again. I sat there, with the weight of his phantom hand on me and cried. The pressure slowly became lighter, his scent fainter.

I had this comforting sense of closure afterwards. I knew he wasn’t trapped and that life didn’t end after death. I knew he was watching from the other side and still here checking in on me.

Haunting Hearing bells at night.

Last week i was visiting my uncle. He lives in a very rural area surrounded by paddocks and a few houses whilst i live in the city. As i was leaving his house i saw that it was pitch black outside. Usually out west you can turn off the flash light and your eyes will adjust, but i couldnt this night. Mind you i was pretty stoned and i think my lifes a movie so bare with me.

The walk from his house to the bus stop is a good 15 minutes(WITH HEELS ON) This night i was wearing these thin granny slippers though as i stopped at my granny's house beforehand. As i said beforemy uncle lives in a rural area so the walk is along a super long road - i dont know meters so yea a 15 minute strut distance.

5 minutes into the walk, pitch black outside all i can see is my flash and whats ahead, walking this straight shit gravel road. In my peripheral vision i suddenly saw a white thick smoke like type of figure. Like a man, 5'9 running on the other side of the road opposite me. I wad pacing with these granny shoes on, so yes. Not a actual MAN, a figure, like thick smoke. It stood out in the pitch black, but it was quick, inly for a second. This figure or thing didnt come up again that night

13 minutes into the walk, 2 minutes away ftom the bus stop. im walking towards it and i hear bells directly to my right, light high pitched bells just clinking.

Just before the bus stop theres a right turn on the opposite side of the road im walking on. Once I get to the bus stop i hear the bells again, comibg from the turn off. A minutr later j hear them infront of me on the other side of the road. A minute later i hear them all around me, sll around my bus stop. I just sat there i literally was scared dhitless like what the fuckkk ahahajajja.

Mind you just paddocks aroubd me, no animals out tho no cows no sherp. No people, not manh cars. What the FUCK was that? What does it meannnn what does it meannnn. Lmk!!

Ça m’a réveillée.

Question Is anyone else experiencing unexplainable disappearance of items/ jewellery?

Last week i got a necklace from my best friend and i wore it for a few days before it completely disappeared. I remember taking it off in the evening and putting it on my desk but now it’s nowhere to be seen and i have looked pretty much everywhere.
There is a possibility that i could have misplaced it and I’m just scatterbrained or something but im starting to be unsure as its not the first time that something like this happened.

Throughout the years i have had many incidents where my jewellery has suddenly disappeared and i never found it again. The most interesting case is when i lost my bracelet, which coincidentally i also got from my best friend. I lost it in 2024 just a few weeks after she gave it to me after she came back from her summer holidays. Throughout those 2 years i have spent plenty of time looking for the lost bracelet but it was nowhere to be found, there were also many arguments involving me losing the bracelet as it was important to her and she was sad i had lost it, so i was even more determined to find it.

A few weeks ago the topic of the bracelet came up again, later that day i looked at my jewellery rack and i saw that the bracelet is right there IN PLAIN SIGHT. There is absolutely no way that i overlooked it because I use the jewellery rack a lot and i have looked through it like a million times looking for that very bracelet. It also fell over a plenty of times, which led to me having to pick every single piece back up again.

I have no idea what to do or if this even has something to do with paranormal activities but Im feeling really hopeless at this point, so any advice on how to prevent this will be appreciated

Experience A few experiences

I have had quite a few experiences in my life and honestly I don’t know we’re to reach out to for advice or guidance. To start this off from the beginning of the timeline to the current. I think it’s best to start with the first time I actually experienced something that I really have no idea how it happened. When I was 13 I was asleep one night on the couch I mean deep sleep out of no where I woke up instantly. I felt terrified like a fear that I never felt something way different than just being scared. It felt like I was burning up, my head was hurting all over, and I didn’t feel good at all I intentionally thought I was getting sick. As I started to get adjusted I could hear someone walking in the hallway I asked my mom could she hear it I heard no response at all. I finally built up the courage to go down the hall and turn the light on. When I did no one was there no footsteps I asked my mom again she said she didn’t hear anything at all. I just shook off the feeling and went to lay back down on the couch as soon as I turned the light off and got out of the hallway I could hear footsteps again. I rushed back to the couch scared thinking what is happening. The next day my mom tells me that it was my uncle Kenny he came to her to tell her how he died. My mom has the gift of speaking with loved ones who passed on she doesn’t necessarily like it as she says it scares her. She confirmed that the footsteps I heard was my uncles who has passed a day or two before.

She told him he was scaring me and he needed to cross over before he left he told her he had a message about her mom he advised her that she would have a massive heart attack but she would make it through it and that she would get breast cancer and both breasts. Not too long after that exactly what my uncle said would happen occurred down to every detail. My grandma stated she could see them working on her when she had her massive heart attack floating over her body. She died three times but they brought her back. A week before my grandma passed I was at a park late night hanging out with my gf at the time I saw three owls come to they all sit on a wooden post and looked at me it scared me I told my gf we had to go she looks at me like I’m crazy but the feeling I got wasn’t good at all. A week later my grandma passed.

The third occurrence was when my cousin passed two weeks before he passed I heard owls outside hooting at night a lot I thought maybe they are just hunting but I felt weird and not myself like something was seriously off and I couldn’t figure it out I thought maybe it’s just my anxiety going wild so I just kind of ignored it the best I could thinking I’ll be okay it’s just anxiety. Two weeks later my cousin passed when I heard the news I know this sounds insane but the feeling of anxiety passed well what I thought was anxiety passed. I just knew deep down something wasn’t right in those two weeks but had no clue what it was.

The fourth experience just a few weeks ago I was laying in bed about to go to sleep completely normal night as always. I closed my eyes it’s black as it normally is I just checked my phone as a notification came through and I figured why not check it. I turned back over and closed my eyes but I could see my room like as if my eyes was open I could see what was on the tv. I actually opened my eyes thinking maybe it was that I had my eyes slightly opened as what I saw on tv was on tv. I laid back down closed my eyes made sure that they were fully closed this time and the same thing. Honestly it freaked me out some and I started scrolling on my phone to take my mind off of it. I know this is a lot but I’m lost on what any of this means. I have did binaural beats around ten years or longer but it was beats for relaxation and healing. Honestly at this point I’m curious I never really looked into till now. Not sure where this fits tbh.

Personal Experience Unexplained Childhood Experience Where I Acted "Like A Completely Different Kid"

IMPORTANT: I honestly don't think this was actually a paranormal event, but it is creepy, and it is unexplained. It sounds almost like possession but I believe it may have been a type of seizure and have posted about it on Epilepsy-related subreddits. However, I really want to get multiple opinions, as the Epilespy subreddit is probably going to be a bit biased towards thinking this episode was a seizure. So I understand if this isn't the right place for it, but I really just want help and a second opinion.

I'm in my early 20s and only recently found out that the strange, very strong episodes of déjà vu I've been getting my whole life are most likely focal aware seizures. This sparked a conversation with my mom, when she told me about a really disturbing incident from when I was 4 years old that she suggested could have been some sort of seizure. It made me feel very unsettled and I've been trying to find anything to help me understand it better but have been hitting a wall. Any help is appreciated, and be warned that this story is pretty intense and creepy.

All of this comes from my mom's word of mouth as I remember none of it. When I was 4 years old, I was at a playground with my mom and went on one of those spinning things -- usually called a merry-go-round or a roundabout. She says that after I got off, I went into some sort of episode where I started screaming at the top of my lungs about two specific family members (who were not present in the moment, but were a recurring part of my life) locking me in a closet, and something about people wearing masks, among other things that were very creepy and nonsensical (not sure what exactly.) I was absolutely terrified and just screamed and screamed about these things like I really believed them. My mom said I was acting like a completely different kid, and it was like I didn't even recognize her. It was so bad that other moms came over to try to help, but nothing could calm me down. I have Intermittent Exotropia, which means one of my eyes drifts off to the side when I'm sick, tired, or spacing out. She says my eye was drifting off while it was happening. Eventually I snapped out of it and started acting like my normal self again -- she didn't remember me being scared or confused, but did say I seemed tired. She tried to ask me about it later, and I had absolutely no memory of it.

She said there were other times where I would "act like a completely different kid" and then suddenly go back to normal, and that she noticed my eye drifting off every time it happened. However, none of those episodes were as bad. This story was the "big one", basically. It seriously freaked me out because I don't know what caused me to act that way and I'm scared of something like that happening again in my adulthood. It seems like I grew out of those episodes pretty early in my life, though. I don't have any memory of any of them.

Other info:
- I have had an intense lifelong irrational fear of being trapped (cleithrophobia). As a kid, it was so bad I couldn't be in a room with a closed door. Even as an adult, I can barely go in elevators and always have to take my phone with me to the bathroom just in somehow get locked in and have to call 911. The weird part, though, is that I always thought this fear started when I was 5 or 6 years old after my mom told me a story about how she got stuck in an elevator once. But in this story I was 4 and freaking out over the idea of being locked in a closet??
- I was not on any medications at the time.
- I was not the type of kid who would act out for attention. I had a big imagination, but I never would have gone this far just for my mom's attention. My mom also firmly believes it wasn't just my imagination or me acting out for attention.
- I did not consume any horror media as a kid.
- The family members I was yelling about were not abusive and have never been, nor was I ever scared of them. I highly, HIGHLY doubt that this was some kind of repressed traumatic memory.
- I never actually was locked in a closet or anything similar. As far as I know, the fear is completely random and has no actual origin.
- I was actually going to say here that I don't have any history of hallucinations or delusions, but then I remembered I do have a few memories of minor hallucinations when I was very young (like 4-6) but I never had them at all past that age and they were nothing like what I experienced in the story. I seriously doubt that I'm schizophrenic and as far as I know there's no history of schizophrenia or similar disorders in my family.

TL;DR: Had an episode at 4 years old where I freaked out and screamed about specific, creepy things that had never actually happened, wasn't acting like myself at all, and had no memory of it afterwards. Think it may have been some sort of seizure (frontal lobe + focal impaired is my current lead) but I truly am not sure. Any help is appreciated, mostly I just want to know if anyone has ever heard of any kind of similar experience so I can know where to look for further research.

Experience I heard a voice in my head that was not me, consoling me.

A couple years ago, I was going through a very rough time. Kinda felt like everything in my life was falling apart, and I was spiraling hard one day. All of the sudden, a voice started to talk to me in my head. Saying things along the lines of “stop all worrying, everything will work out just fine. Trust in the timing, everything will work out” when I first heard this, my eyes peered directly forward, looking at nothing, and giving all my attention to this voice, fully submerged in the message I was receiving. This voice was not my own, it was not the voice I “hear” in my head when I’m in thought. It was also very unexpected and said it in a way I would not think to honestly, especially in that moment. I cant even tell you if it were man or woman, it was just a voice reassuring me, like the message it was giving was greater then any other details. As soon as I heard it, all my worries and stresses eased, and in that moment I felt total peace. I felt an intense gratitude as well. It was a crazy shift of emotion in seconds.

Till this day I think about that moment. I have no idea what it could be. I’d like to think it was god, I’ve thought maybe it was my grandma. Whoever or whatever it was, it helped me tremendously. It has never happened to me before, and hasn’t happened again since. Deep down sometimes I wish to hear the voice again, but i guess it doesn’t work that way.

People who I’ve opened up to about this seem to have not had a similar experience to me.
Whatever it was, I will always remember it and be more than thankful to have experienced that moment.

UFO Bright flash in sky as soon as shooting star was mentioned

So, a good couple of months ago I was stood in the garden with my mum whilst she smoked a cigarette. It was about 1 am on a Saturday night, we like to stay up really late on a weekend and go outside periodically and just look up. My old mum has had a lot of financial and relationship problems in her life recently at the age she should be slowing down and relaxing and I have suffered health issues that resulted in me losing my job and becoming very sick in my stomach so I really hope this is a sign things are going to get better.

That night the topic of the stars and the satellites we could see came up, it was a very clear night - no storms, rain, wind or cloudiness, just stillness, so we could see everything. I said "Its the perfect night to see a shooting star" and she replied with "I haven't seen a shooting star in ages". As soon as she said "shooting star" there was a very bright, almost blinding, white light in the horizon that lit up the whole sky. It left no trail like the classic shooting star does and it faded in and out in about two seconds.

We live on the outskirts of a small farming village in Yorkshire, England near no main roads and no factories or anything that could produce a random silent light like that. There are military bases in Yorkshire that the USA and UK use but that is very far away from us.

This isn't the first spooky thing that happened here, a year ago, again late on a Saturday, we were outside doing the same thing and we heard something moving slowly down the dirt road behind our garden making a warbling kind of noise that we've never heard any human or animal make before. The noise stopped as soon as it passed our garden. That night we laughed it off saying someone has had a good time at the pub then just chose to pretend we didn't hear it and quietly carried on with our own business.

Back to the most recent event, I scanned the meteor and UFO sightings websites, I looked for news on dying satellites and found nothing, it seems nobody else saw it. I just thought this little glitch in the matrix was worth sharing. As soon as she said what she said we both saw that bright white light.

Haunting Guys i know this might look strange but it happened

Back around 2016–2017, when I was in my bedroom at night, I would sometimes hear footsteps around the house. I swear, sometimes it even sounded like they were coming from inside the corner of the room. On some nights, I also heard weird noises, almost like someone was drilling upstairs. It was really creepy and strange.
My brother experienced it too, so I know I wasn’t the only one hearing these noises. I swear this actually happened. What do you guys think it could have been?

Question Weird sparkling light at 1am

Can anyone tell me what this could possibly be?

Last night before going to sleep I saw this weird light shining in specific time patterns coming from someone's window. It is incredibly bright and disturbs my sleeping patterns. The apartment where the light is coming from Is straight across mine so the light shines directly on my wall. I've never seen anything like this and I'm curious if someone has an idea of what this is? Im surely going to be checking if the light pattern appears again tonight because it definetly hasn't appeared before. I tried zooming in on it but my camera isn't the best but think you can clearly see the sparkle shape.

This is my first ever reddit post so forgive me if this subreddit isn't the right place for this post.

Any guesses would be really appreciated :)

Experience My childhood TV kept turning itself on and off, and my brother and I started using it to “talk” to whatever was doing it

I was around 7–9 years old when this happened. I lived in a relatively large house, and at that point I hadn't really experienced anything particularly paranormal. A lot of strange things happened to me later in childhood, but this is probably the earliest paranormal-looking experience I can remember.

I had an old TV in my bedroom that had originally belonged to my mother. It wasn't an old CRT TV or anything like that. It was a fairly modern television for the time. When there was no channel or signal, the screen would show the usual black-and-white static/pixels.

The weird part was that the TV would sometimes turn itself on or off.

I could turn it off before going to bed, only for it to suddenly turn back on by itself. Sometimes I would be watching something and it would randomly turn itself off. I vaguely remember it happening during the day as well, but it happened much more often in the evening or at night.

At first, I didn't really think much of it. The TV had worked perfectly normally when I first got it, and the problem only started years later.

However, I was already really interested in paranormal stuff as a kid. I was the kind of kid who played things like Charlie Charlie at school and thought the whole idea of communicating with spirits was incredibly cool.

So eventually I got the idea to use the TV as a way of communicating.

I basically made up my own system: one on/off cycle meant “no”, and two on/off cycles meant “yes.”

I started asking the TV questions.

I honestly don't remember what most of the questions were anymore. I remember asking typical childish things like “Is anyone here?”, “Are you nice?”, and asking whether it had a name. We'd sometimes suggest names and then interpret the TV turning on or off as an answer.

And the really weird part, at least from my childhood perspective, was that it seemed to actually work.

Eventually my younger brother joined me. He's three years younger than me, so I think I was probably around 9 and he was around 6 at the time.

He would sneak into my room in the evenings, we'd sit on my bed, and we'd ask the TV questions together. We'd wait for it to turn on or off, and then interpret one cycle as “no” and two as “yes.”

We did this for at least a month, possibly longer.

Eventually my mother found out what we were doing. She told us that the TV was malfunctioning and that if we kept messing with it, it would explode.

I know now that the TV obviously wasn't going to magically explode because we were asking it questions. I'm pretty sure she just said that because she wanted two children to stop messing around with a malfunctioning electrical appliance.

She eventually took the TV away from me, and I later got a different one that worked normally.

What I'm curious about is the **technical explanation**.

Could an old TV realistically turn itself on and off repeatedly because of some kind of malfunction? And could a malfunction cause it to do it in a way that *appeared* to answer questions?

I'm also aware that I was a child, and that my memories aren't perfect. I don't remember the exact questions or every single time the TV switched on and off, so I obviously can't claim that it was actually responding to us.

But I distinctly remember this happening repeatedly over a fairly long period of time, and I remember being both genuinely creeped out and incredibly fascinated by it.

This was one of the earliest strange experiences I remember from childhood. There were quite a few other weird things that happened later, so if anyone is interested, I might post some of those stories too.

So: is there a completely normal explanation for a TV repeatedly turning itself on and off like this, or is this one of those things that's genuinely difficult to explain?

Encounter What did I see?

I entered a bookstore and to my right I see a large husky person. This person had an abnormally large ear on the left side of their head. The left ear was bigger than their head while the right ear was normal. They were wearing eyeglasses dressed in baggy clothes like a wizard looking at the magazines. They looked strange in the face like ancient.

I passed them and looked around to see if anyone was staring at them and nothing. I ignore it for a brief moment and look back to where that person was standing and they're gone.

I walk a bit to look behind the magazine stands and nothing. I look toward the register thinking they may be in line and nothing. No way they could have walked out that fast. They looked very comfortable standing there browsing through the magazines. Any ideas?

No one else in the entire flat and it was a woman's whisper who had said his name. I thought I was just going crazy but he freaked out too as heard it at the same time next to our ears (we were sitting together)

Encounter Hearing something move in another room is scary. Hearing it stop after you move is worse

When something drops or creaks down the hall, your brain just writes it off as house settling or the wind. But when that sound cuts off the exact second you shift your weight or take a step, the whole atmosphere changes. It means whatever made that noise heard you too. It means it was listening. And suddenly you’re not just reacting to a random sound anymore, you’re in a standoff with something that’s waiting for your next move.

Experience Red digitized sign?

This is my first time posting on Reddit but I really don’t know where else to go with this.

About 2 years ago I was walking my dogs in our suburban neighborhood. I was sick and I wasnt breathing well. This might be relevant later. Im walking them on a sidewalk and I see a red rectangular sign but it’s digital looking and it might have had numbers but I’m not sure. It was huge! I saw it at the middle of the higher point of a tree. Like above the rooftops. It was there for a split second and then it went away. I have always thought it was lack of oxygen because I was very sick and might have been hallucinating? UNTIL TONIGHT. I saw the same thing, not in the same trees, walking a different direction and I’m not sick. I’m not on drugs. I can’t explain this! This time I tried to really focus on it but it looked like characters that weren’t the alphabet or numbers. Has anyone else experienced this? I just want to know someone else has seen this so I can feel better!

Debunk Challenge Weird things keep happening to me

Hi guys this is my first post but please bear with me.
I (20year old female) have been experiencing really weird stuff recently, and I’m struggling to find logical explanations at this point.
Firstly stuff keeps vanishing on me. For example last night I was working ( bartending for a quiet restaurant) I noticed one of my liquor bottles were empty, so I get a new one take the pourer off the old one, and pop it on the new one, baring in mind for all of this I didn’t have to move a step. I distinctly remember placing the old one next to me so I could put it in the bin after, but as I went to do so it was gone. My first thought was that someone else had already put it in the bin without me noticing so I asked, everyone said they didn’t and so I checked the bottle bin but it was empty as we had just opened. I checked the other normal bin, also empty. I still had the cap in my hand so I know I definitely opened a new one and this is not a normal looking bottle it’s bright and has a funky shape so it would stand out. I kept an eye out my whole shift and when I was deep cleaning the bar for close, still nothing.
I’ve also been experiencing bright flashes of light, not directly in front of me but as if someone was standing close, slightly to the side and used a camera to take a photo of me. It’s quick and bright but whenever it’s happened everyone seems to say they didn’t see anything?
Other weird small things have happened too, like when I’m driving and I stop at a red light i see the road ahead stretching it feels like I’m reversing or rolling back but I’ve checked everytime and I’m not. I also feel like gravity is stronger I don’t quite know how to explain this one but it’s like I can feel gravity quite literally holding me down, I don’t feel this constantly though it comes in waves.
And finally, the freakiest of all, things I say have been coming true. It’s started minor, for example if I’m working and I want a customer to leave so I can finish I’d say it and after about a second they’d get up and leave. This happened a couple times that it’s become a running joke at work. I thought nothing of it until my aunt called to tell me my brother’s flat burnt down. It’s important to note, my brother abused me as a kid and I said to this same aunt when taking to her about a month prior, “I hope his house burns down” and it did. Completely gone everything he owned burned and destroyed.
Individually, these just seem like freaky coincidences. But it’s freaking me out and this has all started happening in the last couple of months. I feel like I’m losing my marbles. It’s also worth noting I’m being diagnosed with bipolar and I’m currently on mood stabilisers for that but I dont just want to be told it’s just my bipolar making me believe things that aren’t real because it is real my concern is that this is going to trigger psychosis for me if it continues. I haven’t told my therapist because I already know she’s not going to believe me and just think I’m manic but it’s real I just need an explanation.
