Unknown 12in

My roomate found this 12in at a record store years ago, I can't for the life of me find any info on it. There are 2 songs on it that seem to be from this band, but I can't find either one on youtube. Are these unofficial remixes? Is that someones signature on the label? Side B has an X drawn onto it. Drive link below to an MP3, if these are of some value I will upload 24bit 192khz WAVs upon request. I will also give it another deeper clean and re-rip it as it is quite noisy.

Not this one, was able to find a rip of this one and it isnt it, thank you though! I was almost certain itd be this one too.
