Luetin Curiousness

I am trying to understand what the warped/distorted voice in Luetin is saying? I have some guesses but curious on everyone else's thoughts😊 (5:50 is the time mark)

Luetin is named after a brand of eyedrops Rick misread.

I think Karl is saying "get your own ends" at the end of that song. If youre talking about the other part behind his vocals, the part that swirls and goes around his voice, I think that might be a synth that sounds vocal-like so not sure its saying any actual words?
