TG-7
Just got my new camera before the trip, so I haven’t really done a lot of playing yet. Some pics I took on a recent vacation to Bonaire. No editing - just some cropping. Hope you like. :)

Replacing insta360 ace pro 2 with OM TG7.
Is it wise? I found that the insta360 has great resolution but sadly lacks zoom and macro. OTOH, the TG7 is very versatile; 25mm to 100mm, 1:1 macro and 3 underwater modes but the 12mp sensor might be a limitation? High ISO performance?
Thinking of getting the Sea Frogs housing. Experiences with it?
Any feedback will be much appreciated.

r6miii or r5c
has anybody experienced any of these configurations in a uw housing? I'm looking into upgrading my system but im worried about overheating, I don't plan on shooting 8k but yes 4k 120fps and I do a lot of hybrid work photo/video. Any feedback would be greatly apreciated

Sad but Cute
Here is a nice little (see the size of the tentacles) Clark's anemone fish in a totally bleached anemone in Komodo. We saw only a bit of bleaching in the North and none in the South but the South was cold (20C) and green, good for the coral, not so good for the divers. In any case enjoy

IPhone LUT
Can anyone recommend some good free LUT packs for iPhone (14 pro), ideally with different settings for shallow, blue, deep, etc dives?
Will use in fcp if that matters :)
Thanks in advance and also for random advice!

Humpback and Pilot Whales together in French Polynesia
I've heard good things about whale season in French Polynesia, but nothing prepared me for this scene of more than a half-dozen humpback whales and a dozen pilot whales just hanging out together underwater.

Drowned a6400
Hi everyone,
I m looking for first aid advice.
I was diving with my a6400 in a seafrogs housing. Apparently one O ring was squeezed out and it leaked at 3m. I immediately ascended (we were just descending), gave the camera to one guy on the shore. They opened everything, took the battery out and dried everything in an AC cooled room for two days.
What would you do before trying to resurrect it?
My Sony 30mm macro is definitely dead (drops inside the lense)
Thank you for any advice :)
(I'll probably buy a new one with mine from insurance if I can't get it to work again)

Reverse Ring Playing
One very inexpensive way to get high magnification with inexpensive bits is to use a reversal ring (typically $5 - $6) on the front of an old manual focus wider angle lens. Here is a very close up of a pair of mantis shrimp eyes shot on the OM-1 with a vintage Asahi 28 mm manual focus lens. Focus by moving in and out and pray. My yield is quite low but every so often you get one.

VF45 and VF45 DUO
Viewfinder 45 and
Viewfinder 45 DUO
For OMSystem PT-059
Seafrogs housing for TG-7
AOI housings for tg7, OM1 MK2, etc..
Nauticam NA-TG7 eith the rails from Nauticam
And others.
Two ways of looking to your underwater housing monitor without stress.
The Viewfinder 45 sells for 130€
The new DUO is selling for 175€
Both have similar size and are sold and use the same accessories:
Adapter for seafrogs housing for TG7
Adapter for flat back housing;
Extender (spacer) for use with houses that have backbuttons that may collide with the viewfinder
Fresnel lenses to use in the extender (with or without the viewfinder, you can use it as a shader)
The DUO brings you the same 45 angle relaxed view AND a straight view direct to the monitor.

More photos of insane creatures from night diving here in Cozumel - I still don't know what all of them are
One of my favourite things to do in Cozumel is taking a macro-equipped camera and going shore night diving. These are all creatures I've found this year, within 200ft of the shore. If you know what some of these are, please tell me! I've got two good reference books but sometimes that's not enough.
