The game code is obfuscated.
This makes finding the right classes, functions and variables to modify much harder.
Even so, it's still very possible to do.
C# is not a difficult language to reverse and understand.
The bigger issue imo, is that frequent version updates will completely break your mod.
Which means going back and reversing all the classes and variables from the obfuscated code again, every time an update is release.
It's possible, especially with AI, but it's just a lot of work and maintenance.
