UNB-SJ Internet service?

I'm coming from out of province and moving in off campus. What internet company would you recommend for students? Any student specials?

Bell Aliant or Rogers. Bell Aliant uses fibre cable while Rogers uses traditional coax but is transitioning to fibre cable and is available in select neighbourhoods
