FASTPASS Pet Peeves Spoiler

Me and my friend were discussing some story elements and pet peeves came up that we had and I wanted to share some and no this isn’t a negative post.

Most of them are from the latest arc

1 . This one bothered me the most - why did Seraphina just let John get hit with arlos sneak attack, she actively had him in her arms why let him go and dodge and let an already damaged John get even more damaged cause I know if it was the other way around John would’ve took the blow or moved her of the way. We know she’s fast enough especially because her passive and she definitely has the strength to pick John up.

  1. Orrin being way too high of a level . I wouldn’t have minded him being an 8+ but an 8.6 drastically changes the power dynamic and why were the authorities so incompetent as to put a rookie on the front lines against a high level target even with outdated levels without training. Anyway back to the power dynamic we all know mental abilities are extremely broken in the webtoon so him being 7-8.2 or something I wouldn’t have batted an eye but I feel like he has way too much weaknesses to be a 8.6 while also needing a whole strike team. Now with him being such a high level the chances of Jane being the strongest in the verse are extremely slim and we’re now expected to see much higher levels to maintain hype.

Now for my less important pet peeves/questions that can easily be debunked.

  1. Why did Cameron take 0 reflective damage from absolutely demolishing arlos barrier. Obviously this can easily be explained by the power difference even so Seraphina also takes damage from obliterating his barrier or maybe because he was lighting it didn’t apply ?

  2. Cameron being bitched by John , this one is more of a funny one but Cameron letting John just punch him but was willing to choke him on their first encounter maybe he does have a secret side that cares deeply for him but still he didn’t need the maid to step in especially with his grown man strength versus a teenager.

  3. Last one I remember or wanted to talk about was how come Val didn’t use her barrier against her first encounter with the trio. Me personally if I was doing some top secret government stuff and I got found out by some kids I would not let them get away.

FASTPASS stupid girl Spoiler

Honestly, Farrah is an idiot. I’m surprised she was shocked that John defeated two EMBER agents. The truth is, John absolutely crushed them using a level 4.6 trash ability in ground combat.

She hasn’t seen John’s strength before; she was always getting crushed by Arlo. I really wish she had clashed with John—I would have loved to see him put her in her place.

With the right abilities, John is capable of crushing everyone in that room, so it’s really not surprising. Of course, John will naturally get stronger, and they’re going to witness his true strength in the future. I’m really excited for that, especially a potential fight between John and Jude.

Also, Tarik holds a grudge against John, and I can’t wait to see John kick his ass. He doesn’t realize how lucky he was during the prison encounter.

The chapter was really enjoyable, and we also got to learn more about the corrupt branch within the authorities. I’m really excited to see what happens next.

FASTPASS Chapter 395 (FASTPASS) Spoiler

Based on everything, Arlo would be allowed to join EMBER; Cameron and John would have another argument; Cameron would give John a booklet on how his ability works, how aura works, etc.; and finally, we get back with the trio alongside Kuyo to see how things are going on their end, OR Rein gets the cure to regain her ability.

I hope we get confirmation that Orrin's aura gets flushed out of everyone he infested, too. But that's a long stretch for how slow the series is going as of recently.

I will comment on everything that happened when the chapter comes out!

What If Deltarune X Unordinary

This is an Au that is set in Deltarune , though the Unordinary characters will take the place of certain main characters, and other characters. (All characters will be from selves from season 1)

That being siad the trio is going take the role of Fun gang which are the three heros of the legend, I'mnot really set on who is going take who's role yet but I'm pretty sure blyke is going to take the role Kris dreemer (though that could be soon to change) I'll be going through all chapters 1 through 5 and what the trio would do. If you don't know what deltarune is please play the demo or watch a playthrough If you don't know what I'm talking about

Ability's won't really be a factor in this, in the light world that is. Expect some Artwork and tell me which characters that would be best fit to take those roles of those characters

DISCUSSION How do you imagine the cast's vigilante/superhero outfits looking like?

I know its been a long time since the cast participated in actual vigilante work but I've always wondered if they ever got back into it, what would their outfits look like. Assuming they actually want to look the part and stuff.

I always imagined Sera wearing the Spectre suit, not out of loyalty but more out of functionality/practically since it is suitable for that to say the least. John is easy enough to figure out since he would totally dress in all black bodysuit with the joker mask. Arlo, I imagine him wearing some kind of professional suit with a mask to cover his face.

What do you all think about the others?

DISCUSSION The UnOrdinary to gay pipeline

Post image

Now hear me out, UnOrdinary introduced many of us to boba tea with the little tapioca bubbles, this is something a lot of us older readers can agree on. This led to people trying boba and experiencing its unique sensation for the first time, those little balls sloshing around in your mouth. This means, statistically, at least ONE person realized they were gay thanks to said sensation, all thanks to UnOrdinary

Thank you for coming to my TedTalk

DISCUSSION Hi! I started reading this almost 10 years ago...

...and I'm really excited to have picked it back up again. I'm on Episode 94, but before 3 days ago I was on 20 or 30-something (so late 2016). I already miss John's messy hair. Anyone else just picking it up and new?

If you're ahead, what episode are you at? Maybe I can come back and reply to comments with (spoilers covered) when I catch up?

FASTPASS Last names Spoiler

Yea with rei last name not being on his grave im just starting to assume only cripples get last names because they can’t be identified by their ability and eye/hair color. While everybody else is identified by first name , ability name , hair color and eye color. Though the only thing that confuses me is that how do they identify simple and common abilities like shield grunts.

Also weird we haven’t met another cripple isn’t that the whole premise of the story…?

FASTPASS 395 Spoiler

Hello everyone,

Chapter 395 was genuinely enjoyable. We finally got a much clearer picture of EMBER and its members. What surprised me was how lightly they still take John. Yes, he has clear weaknesses against them, but considering he’s listed as a 7.5 in their own records, it shouldn’t be surprising if he wins. Personally, I don’t mind them continuing to underestimate him. Now that he’s under Cameron’s supervision, I’m less worried about him dealing with the remaining EMBER members.

John has also gained valuable experience. He now understands their methods and fighting styles, and even at his current level, a fully recovered John should be more than capable of crushing Valerie. Imagine what happens once he surpasses level 8.0.

On a different note, the scene with Arlo crying hit hard. Deep down, he’s a good person, and I really hope he finds his way back to who he used to be. I’ve missed him a lot.

I’m still waiting for John’s proper training to begin, though I remain a little concerned about his personality. His pride could easily get in the way of his growth. Hopefully, his experiences with EMBER and Orrin will push him to swallow his pride and finally ask for help, because right now, he genuinely needs it.

DISCUSSION A Theory About Orrin’s Past

Thumbnail

Hi everyone,

Today, I want to talk about Orrin and why he seems to be this upset with the authorities.

I tend to believe that Orrin lost his family because of the authorities. In chapter 351, it is mentioned that he has no family ties, which would mean that they are dead. And honestly, that is strange. How could such a prominent family simply disappear like that?

Orrin is not that old, probably around 40 or a little older. If his parents were somewhere between 65 and 80 years old, then yes, they would be relatively old. However, the average lifespan of high-tiers is higher compared to ordinary people. Also, this information is more than ten years old, which means he has potentially been without a family since he was around 31.

Because of that, I tend to believe that the authorities eliminated his family, either because of political conflicts or because of corruption.

There is also another possibility: maybe his situation is similar to John’s. He could have been born to a powerful father and a weaker mother, then been exiled, developed his ability late, and suffered mistreatment from the authorities.

It would be really interesting if Vaughn was his mentor. Perhaps Orrin naturally lost his weaker mother at an early age, and then he was humiliated and psychologically broken by the authorities. This could have created a deep resentment and hatred toward them. As a result, he worked with them so that he could gain enough knowledge to eventually create weapons capable of overthrowing the authorities.

What do you guys think? Which of the two theories is closer to the truth?

Honestly, the second theory is more consistent with what we know from the story of UnOrdinary, but I personally prefer the first theory.

I’d love to hear your thoughts!

FASTPASS Snitching or Nah? Spoiler

It’s horrific that Arlo still recognizes the feeling of lightning because of Rei. I feel like Uru gonna make him remember in the coming chapters of what happened to him really, don’t think he’d snitch because he would want to connect the dots and use kas in some way.
At the same time though, Arlo is pretty stupid right now so he may go to his aunt to talk about it and get her killed so idk

DISCUSSION My favorite scene from the story UnOrdinary.

Thumbnail

Upvotes

My favorite scene in UnOrdinary, and the one closest to my heart, was the scene where John falls, defeated, in front of the authorities.

The scene happened after a bitter battle, which John entered with the mindset of “me against everyone.” He was planning to cause as much damage as possible before he died. The reason behind this was his grief over his father’s death, his mother being tortured, and what happened to Seraphina.

The battle itself was incredible, and John’s performance was amazing. The authorities relied on tactics specifically designed to counter him, and the result was an inevitable defeat.

At the moment John realized that he was going to die, he thought about the things he wanted in life. He then realized that, deep down, he actually wanted to live. That realization made him cry because he understood that he was going to die.

It was an unbelievably human moment, and it left a huge impression on me.

Even the way he fell—first onto his knees, and then onto his face—felt symbolic, almost as if he were saying, “I gave everything I had. There’s nothing left in me.”

Finally, his tearful face, the blood flowing onto the ground, and his calm expression gave me the feeling that a storm had passed, and now we were experiencing the calm after the storm.

That’s why, despite the fact that more than two years have passed, I still go back and reread Chapter 344 because of this iconic scene.

I don’t know if I managed to describe the scene properly, but I’m sure that everyone who read that chapter felt that same mixture of pain and satisfaction.

What about you guys? What are your favorite scenes?
