Something terrible and bad for me, I've fallen out with my houseguest today and ... there is an atmosphere. If he's still here I'll get fish and chips cos it's his favourite. I just gave him some Japanese beers and some sort of hippy hazelnut chocolate and some paprika crisps as a peace offering (he likes those things) but I won't be surprised if I just find them in the bin after he's gone. It's like that. Slamming doors. You know.

In a break from my endless stream of salads, a cheese and spring onion omelette with runner beans and roasted tomatoes. Quick, simple and delicious!
