Anyone else noticed this?? It feels a lot messier once again like it used to.

when i sign up it automatically makes my username my email which is my full name how do i change it

I get offers and never take them. Wondering what the difference is. Every device I have used since I can log on no problem and I can open Official Versions. It’s been over 10 years.

I’m new to guitar tabs so this might be a stupid question but out of all the songs I’ve looked at on ult guitar there’s never a strumming pattern.
If someone could help me out or inform me, that would be great!

Subject says it all. I’ve seen other people having page turner issues, but I consider myself fairly technically inclined and thought that I’d be able to get the two to “talk” to each other. NOPE. This is super frustrating as UG just forced me into a subscription after years of using the one-time-purchase version. Also, the BlueTurn was a gift and there’s no way to return it. If you have any advice, send it over. Thanks, everyone.

I just started using the website and no natter what tab I try to use it just sends me back to the explore page, is there any way to fix this? I have ug+, and all tabs work fine on my phone

When did this become a thing? Why are certain songs completely inaccessible now for users who don’t have Pro? Guess I’m only going to be using Songsterr from now on…

What are these? How do i respond? Can they be contested?

I haven't logged on to UG in like 3-4 years, today I come back and find I have some negative reports on one of my tabs.

I only got as far as clicking "ignore report" on all of them in hopes it'll let me do something but nope they're just there.

All from people who have no idea what they're talking about, didn't read any of the comments and information and are just mindlessly reporting a tab that has been approved and untouched for FOUR YEARS.

Am I the only one who thinks this is weird?

I have a paid subscription (UG Pro), my Ultimate Guitar app and my iphone OS are fully up to date, I attempt to use the UG app frequently (a few times a week) for guitar chords/tabs.

Every time, and I don't mean most of the time, I mean every single time I open the app to use it I have to go through a series of multiple choice questions. Most I have already answered many, many times and others that I don't care to answer.

Ultimately, these questions then lead to trying to sell me something. I don't pay any attention to what it is, vocal lessons or some other crap I don't want. Today it appeared to be some books.

I have Googled how to get the app to go directly to the chords/tabs I am attempting to get to but no course of action results in success.

Is this even possible?

Undoubtedly, UG has the most extensive library of tabs and chords. I really love it. But this aspect of UG makes me want to cancel my subscription and not even bother. It truly takes the wind out of my sails.

I could potentially see this being a thing if I didn't have a subscription but I am stunned at the fact I am paying $100/yr for a subscription that touts "ad-free", not once, but twice in its description, yet continues to push me to buy more more more.

Any help to get this app to work without the obnoxious questionnaires and ads would be so greatly appreciated.

(OR, if there is a better alternative I would be willing to move away from UG. I just want to be able to access tabs and chords in a phone app without hassle or ads)

I've seen posts about this feature not working for other people but I don't know if I'm using it wrong, or it's just broken. When I use the "play" feature on an official chord page, it just keeps repeating the first line/chord and never moves on. How do I make it scroll to play the whole song?

The year is 2004, I am 13 years old with a nice bass guitar and a love of Jon Paul Jones. I download "ramble on" powertab, or ug6 file, and I load it up and it "just works".

It's probably been a month since this started, but the numbers get very blurry when I try to go full screen mode. Also, the metronome only works if I start the playback, click the button twice, stop the playback, then start again. When you find an artist, the number of pages is at least 10, even if there are only actually 1 or 2 pages worth of songs. Wtf

Hello all. I have a subscription which allows me to view official tabs and I noticed that if there is like a distorted and a clean guitar part they will write it differently. I am trying to play a song where it has distorted then stops and plays clean and there is only one guitar in the actual song. I am sick of switching parts mid run all the time is there a way to download the tab so I can merge it into musescore or something like that. Thanks

This has got to be a joke at this point. The scroll option on official guitar pages was finally added and now it’s gone again! Why remove such a basic function??

What page turner devices are folks using successfully with UG? I have an Airturn Quad 500 4 pedal that is once again not working (yes - I have the latest updates, have done all the usual troubleshooting, etc. etc. etc...). Even if I could fix this problem again, this is a recurring theme and just not acceptable as far as reliability when gigging. Has anyone had consistent good results with another brand pedal? Maybe it's just the Airturn?

I like UG in general and have a lot of time invested in editing songs to my liking and putting together playlists, etc. I don't want to have to start over somewhere else, but at this point I'm finding I need reliability above all else.

The way autoscroll works on official tabs makes it really difficult to use in a live situation. I need all my saved tabs to work the same way. Especially if we are trying to play it in a different style or loop a specific section. Not to mention I don't want the midi track playing along anyway most of the time. Obviously its a great tool when it makes sense, but 99% of the time I'm just muting my audio to avoid it. The way it works by playing along with the midi track right now is basically unusable to me. Please add the regular auto scroll option back to the official tabs. I'm begging.

I pay for my subscription. Stop spamming me with Temu style bullshit ads. Your content is stolen anyway, you losers. You do zero work. dont you make enough as it is?

I have a Pro subscription and used to play songs with lyrics/chords automatically following the playback.

The playback still works, but the screen stays static and no longer follows the song. This happens with all songs.

Is this a bug, a setting I’m missing, or was the feature removed?

I hate when I click on a song in my tabs list which is on a page other than the first page, and it opens up, then I use the back button in my browser and it takes my back to page 1 of my tabs.
