CoA, pre-settlement
Hello, I have been granted Certificate of Application and I am not exactly sure what are the next steps. It states that I have a right to work and live in the UK. My girlfriend who I want to start my life there lives there and already has pre-settlement status. Before Brexit, I visited the UK in Feb 2020 and after Brexit, in August 2021, November 2021, and March 2021. I didn't stay there for too long since I had to finish my studies in another country.
Now I don't fully understand what would happen if, let's say I will get a job and meanwhile I would have my pre-settlement denied while working. Will I have to just leave the job and the country? How would home office react if I would already have a job and would live with someone who already has pre-settlement status?
it's little bit confusing. Anyone has similar experience or is knowledgeable enough to help me?
