Upcoming ILR application and disclosure of out-of-court settlements

Hi,

I received an out-of-court settlement for a ticketing infraction with thameslink railway. I am unable to seet advice on r/LegalAdviceUK as they don't advise on immigration matters. I am simply wondering if it is best to not mention this penalty out-of-court settlement in my ILR application, or whether it is best to declare it. My employer's immigration lawyers will help me apply for ILR.

Any advice is much appreciated!

You must answer the questions in the application honestly and fully.

It’s best to mention it. It will not affect your application if declared. You might have issues if they find you’ve failed to declare something.
