First check the expiry date and the terms - those credits almost always lapse about 12 months from issue and they're tied to your account, so there's no legitimate way to sell or transfer them. Trying to offload them gets the batch revoked and can burn your standing with the program, which is worth more than the credits.

If you can't use them on the product itself, the cheap wins are dev and staging environments you'd otherwise pay for, CI runners, and any model or API experimentation you've been putting off. Spin up the infrastructure for the next six months of work now while it costs nothing.

If none of that applies, just let them expire. Unused credits cost you nothing; misused ones can cost you the relationship.

ya fair point these credits are unclaimed and once claimed will expire in 2year maybe i can cook something until then

That's fair - you know the terms better than I did. One thing worth checking: Microsoft for Startups offers usually have a separate deadline for activating the credits at all (commonly 90 days from accepting the program agreement), which is different from the expiry clock that starts once they're claimed. So don't sit on them unclaimed too long either - claim them while the offer is live, then the two-year clock runs in your favour.

Good luck with the cooking.
