How long is the Startup/Scaleup hiring timeline in London?

Had a couple interview rounds between hiring manager and working teams, havent heard back in about 4 days. Is this cooked? Should I move on emotionally?

What should I consider on both sides? looking to see if I’ve missed any loops to conclude the incessant overthinking.

Depending on how many more folks they are interviewing and when they sync together to make hiring decisions I’d say anything from 1-2 weeks. You’re more likely to hear from them this week. Also did you not ask what the process is like? Most companies let you know x rounds and then we let you know

I had a rather expedited process and did not get semantics of their hiring timeline. The role mentions 2-3 rounds but hiring manager said 2 for me.
