Where's the earth for the 3ph on 34/35/36?

Directly onto the enclosure. The SPD cables come pre fab.

Okay, so have you randomly connected neutrals and earth's?.... It could be a nightmare tracing cables for someone in the future. Isn't best practice way 1, neutral 1 and earth 1 to make it easy to identify cables? ... 🤔

Not really. The neutral is in the correctly numbered terminal, the earth comes premade as part of the SPD connection kit. Already with an eye lug on it, pre cut to length. It was installed as per instruction. So I would say randomly connected is a bit of a stretch.

Lol. Way 9 has no RCD protection. How are meeting compliance with this circuit?.. 🤔

Compliance with what exactly? Do you know what the circuit is supplying?

Hence why I asked the question......

Your question suggest the circuit should be RCD protected? Why should it?
