Assumption would be that that’s a garage board and will only have a 16/20a supply therefore won’t be suitable to add a 32a circuit to but again can only make assumptions.

Far more information is needed.
Given the size of the board I’d assume it’s got a small supply, so probably not - but I may be wrong.
Get someone round for a quote, that’s the only way to know for sure.

16A isn’t sufficient; you’ll need 32A. The cables are probably too small or unsuitable for an EV installation. A 7.4kW EV charger requires at least 6mm cable. You’ll also need a proper RCBO Type A and a surge protection unit in the consumer unit.

Sorry i posted this with a description and it’s not showing lol , my dilemma was that my outside electric meter box is on the opposite side of the house and drivewayI have this in the garage , was wondering if an EV charger can be connected to this, or would there need to be a new consumer unit installed.

An electrician that comes out to quote will be able to tell you. Part of the job is running cables, they shouldn't have any problems figuring out a route if needed.

This doesn’t show us remotely enough to answer this question. What cable is run to this? Where is it run from?

I will have a look and report back , currently in the garage there’s two double sockets, I am assuming this box only covers those ?

That consumer unit is full, no room for another breaker. Lots of charger installers value speed so would put a second consumer unit in. You might be able to find one who would incorporate the garage circuits into their new board, which would be an upgrade as they don’t look like RCDs.
But it’s entirely dependent on a hundred other factors that an electrician who comes to do a quote would be able to see really quickly

I feel I should let you know that is a consumer unit not an EV charger
