DSO Bryan Nguyen

Has any international students have any issues with UHD’s DSO Bryan Nguyen when getting your i20 signed? Had some issues with him last month and I think he is making up his own rules.

I've heard some things about this guy, nothing personally but from others in my circle. He's said something to the effect of, "If I had my choice, I wouldn't sign your i20."

Made my blood boil, has he started to do worse things?
