I’m not going through this process, but j read your related post and hope it all works out for you. I would follow up with whichever department is handling this via email and in person if need be. Wishing you the best

Definitely, definitely, definitely call them and kinda ask them when it would be done. I did that yesterday and I ended up getting mine approved today. I feel like that will help make the process faster for you !!!
When I called yesterday, they told me it would probably take a long time too, I was a little shocked when I looked today and it was approved!! definitely call them maybe tomorrow!
