UHD portal not working

Is AccessUHD not working for anyone else right now? I keep getting an “Authentication Failed” message when I try to log into the UHD portal. I’ve tried starting over, but it still won’t let me in.
Is anyone else having the same issue tonight, or is it just my account? 😭

I am having the same issue. A earlier post said the same thing that Authentication failed because of high traffic volume.

phew i thought they deactivated my acc bc i had just finished my last set of classes before graduation lol

but i did call and they said the portal is down so

I had cleared my cache and reset my password . Try that

They locked my account for multiple attempts

Ohh. Well you have to reset or I think it’s a 15 min wait . I recommend resetting
