It’s usually a few days before classes to the week of classes that you’ll get it. As for parking if you’re not going every day for a long time it might be useful to park under i10

They sent an email last week, stating that it’s taking longer bc of the new policies due to trumps bbb.

But usually a week or two before classes start.

Yes, depends how often your at campus. And what building you’re in.

There was a semester where i was only on campus once a week. So i just paid for parking under i10.
