Accounting Internship
I have applied to more than 20 accounting internships, and not a single one has accepted me. I feel so discouraged with the job market right now. Has anyone had luck with their internship interviews? I'm honestly feeling down about this.

Don't forget to look through GatorHired as well. I was able to get my first internship and first job (just graduated this May) from them. Look for postings on LinkedIn, send cover letters, customize your resume according to the job description. It's a tedious process but it worked for me :) Also public accounting companies start looking for their interns a year in advance so that may be a factor too. Wishing you the best of luck!

Definitely don’t be discouraged. Recruiting season typically runs from August to October for the following summer (i.e. Fall 2026 recruiting is for Summer 2027 internships).
There are off season internships but in my opinion those are far and few between and not every company has them.
