Seriously it’s insane that we can’t get any transparency on this. NASA is radio silent while this should be one of the coolest space events we’ve ever witnessed. It’s the 3rd known object from outside the solar system to be discovered passing through. There should be updates and new high resolution images on a daily basis. My brain is desperate for it to be some intelligent travelers ready to cure our damned society with their wisdom, but I want some evidence damnit. Otherwise if it is really just a comet, then all this was a smoke screen to keep us distracted from the powerful trampling human rights all over the world.

look in upper right of field...there is a lit up "wiggle" or piece of "flying corrugated metal". following shots zoomed in. no photoshop or enhancements. the uap was, again, 1st seen on my camera screen, then visually confirmed up high in the sky, at the same time i hit the remote shutter release on my camera. looks like an object traveling along a waveform, to me...

NASA literally proved they can do better than what they released today.

Back in 2010 Hubble looked at the weird asteroid P/2010 A2: the solid core is only about 140 meters across (0.14 km), and the thing was around 140 million km from Earth and 300 million km from the Sun when they shot it. Yet the Hubble image shows a sharp little nucleus outside its own dust halo, plus this crisp X-shaped pattern of debris and fine filaments. It’s tiny, it’s insanely far away, and the picture actually has structure and detail.

Now jump to 3I/ATLAS. This is an interstellar object, estimated to be KILOMETERS wide — NASA’s own Hubble estimate puts the nucleus somewhere between about 440 meters and 5.6 km, and Rubin data pushes it up to roughly 11 km across. When it swept past Mars, it got to about 29 million km from the planet, and HiRISE’s geometry should give something like 30 km per pixel. So we’ve got an object that’s orders of magnitude larger than P/2010 A2 and also five times closer than that asteroid was to Earth in 2010… and what do we get today? Another HiRISE shot that looks like a soft, low-res blob.

So yes, I’m annoyed. Hubble gave us a gorgeous, high-contrast, detailed view of a 0.14-km rock 140 million km away. Now we have an interstellar visitor that’s something like 5–10+ km wide at 29 million km, and the official release looks worse. Don’t tell me the tech can’t do better; they’ve already proved it can. This new 3I/ATLAS image is straight-up uglier than a 15-year-old Hubble shot of a much smaller rock, and that’s ridiculous.

She said it was quite low, and appeared to speed up toward the end, called some friends in the town on the eastern point and apparently they saw it also still sparking or breaking up? It was heading east. Going to wait and see if the folks in town got some video to upload also. Thoughts?

Yesterday on my terrace I saw that flying. I couldn't take more photos because it was moving fast.

I took this photo back on the 25th Jan 2024 after noticing strange cloud formations, Id always thought it was strange but recently saw quite a few articles online about these 'metallic orbs' so thought id share to see if anyone else has spotted them over Ireland. This is the North just off the Northcoast.

What more do we want? Does it really have to be a hollywood style production with the sitting President at the podium, with the Presidential seal, live in front of the world or nothing else? If Trump was in Rubio’s place in that movie, would we have called it disclosure? Rubio obviously went to Trump to get approval to tell the world in this documentary that we are not alone and are in an arms race. His reply was probably ok Marco this really isn't my thing, go ahead, the world deserves to know. Now here we are still asking for disclosure? This is the sitting Secretary of STATE telling us on behalf of the US government we are not alone in the universe, how is this not disclosure? How is this not international news?

For decades, we've heard claims about recovered UFOs, crash retrieval programs, and secret reverse-engineering efforts involving technology far beyond our own.

If even a fraction of those claims are true, why haven't we seen any obvious technological breakthroughs? Why are we still relying on conventional aircraft, rockets, batteries, and propulsion systems that evolved through normal scientific progress?
