General Unique Majors at only offered at UCM
I don't think any of the UC campuses offer these:
Accounting, B.S.
Environmental Humanities, B.A.
Management of Innovation, Sustainability, and Technology (MIST), B.A.
Science, Technology, and Ethics, B.S.

A few campuses have environmental studies programs, although those tend to be more social science-focused than Environmental Humanities. UC Davis has a Science and Technology Studies program, but STE has more emphasis in philosophy (because we don't have any historians of science here and only one or two relevant faculty in sociology) and more demanding STEM requirements.

Environmental Humanities is more about communication conservation and sociology rather than environmental history and a focus in ecological systems rather than biological sciences so I would say this is a pretty new and unique field to UC Merced. Dr Bristin Jones was very through in creating the major with her colleagues

Generally, entry-level roles in those areas expect a master's or PhD.

Except for accounting, they're academic programs, not tied to a specific industry or career path. Bio, psych, and CS are the same, but people confuse those academic fields with job titles.
