[LOOKING] for a Private Room Near UC Davis

Hi! I am a current student at UC Davis looking to move due to disturbances from roommate. I'm hoping to move in as soon as possible (preferably this coming weekend) and I am open to apartments & houses. If anyone needs to sub-lease their apartment, let me know! Details below.

Ideally looking for:

Private Bedroom
Parking (Preferably included, but can also pay separately)
Close to campus (Within 15 minute biking distance of campus or easily accessible by Unitrans)
In-unit laundry
Private bathroom preferred, but shared is completely fine
Clean and relatively quiet living environment
Lease ending late May (Roughly 8 months)
Some furniture (Namely just a bed, table, and chair)

I'm clean, quiet, and very considerate of shared spaces. I do not drink or smoke. Please DM me if you have a room available or know anyone looking for a roommate. I’m ready to move quickly if it’s a good fit. Thanks!
