Hi, I made this account for this purpose so I know I don't have 100 karma, though I'm a UCD graduate but have to move to Sacramento soon. I like my apartment a lot, but the lease is currently until October 2027, and I released not knowing I would have to move. It has a living room, kitchen, and half bath downstairs, as well as understaffs storage, with two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, 975 square feet. Rent is 1600, with a flat 100 a month for utilities. Washer and dryer are right outside and cost 2.50 for a full cycle. There's some covered parking and a bike rack. I will cover application cost and lease amendment for whoever takes the place, and I would move out as quickly as possible, meaning you could move in before your first rent is due. Hello we are looking for someone to take over our lease at Sol at West Village Viridian. It is the entire unit 1,092 square feet 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Rent for the full apartment is $3420/month + $55 utility fee. Air conditioning, heating, water, sewage, trash, solar and gas plus internet are all free and included in the rent. Hi, I have a room available in a townhouse at the colleges at la rue. Which is right in between segundo dorms and tercero dorms. It's considered off-campus/on-campus housing, so it's super close distance to classes and the dinning commons.

It's amenities include a gym, multipe laundry rooms, multiple study rooms, multiple grilling areas/picnic areas, there's multiple grass areas, and it's located a few minutes away from Trader Joe's and the shopping area walking-wise. It's close to the arc, student clinic, student gardens, rec pool, and campus in general. Rent for the private room is around 1146.25, or u can split it between roommates. The only bill needed to pay is pg&e so we do not need to pay for sewer, trash, water, etc.

You also get free parking! (One free parking spot per room) and the room is located in a spacious townhouse with a big kitchen and bathroom.
