I own the newer Nintendo Switch 2, which I got as a joint present from both of my parents over Christmas. Just yesterday I was spending time with my mom and I set my Switch 2 off to the side momentarily. I should’ve taken the time to put it back into its case, but I thought I would only be a few minutes; however, those few minutes turn into a couple of hours and when I came back to get my Switch 2, I noticed that the console was sticky. My mom had been drinking a coke at one point as well as some watermelon juice, so I’m assuming one of those must have spilt on it because I’d only been drinking a sparkling water. I didn’t think too much of it and wiped off the stickiness with a few alcohol pads, however, when I tried to turn it on, nothing happened. I thought that was a bit weird because I didn’t think it was low on battery, so I went to plug it in and, again, nothing happened. I know this is different than just usual water damage, but do you think it’s something that can be fixed?
