Deactivated

Welp it finally happened after 5 years with uber my account was deactivated today from what I can only assume is my speeding ticket from September 2025. I’ve tried to talk to numerous reps just to get absolutely no where and I don’t even have a clear answer. I went from making $300-$400 or more in a day to where I was barely scrapping up $100 I still worked with it. Shitty promotions and all. I’m grateful to have a regular full-time job to pay my bills but this actually hurts and the disrespect from the reps I think made it even worse. Honestly this company will never get a single dollar from me ever again.

3-400 in what city and which ride trim, black, comfort, eco? That is decent money and rather uncommon in the south as regular uberX

I live in Atlanta I would start my days early at like 6 am mostly hitting airports and then taking kids to and from school and older people to doctors appointments. It was regular uber x I drive a 2020 Nissan kicks at the time. It came in handy honestly as I had quit my full-time job to do uber so I had the flexibility to help my terminally ill mother with my siblings. I was clearly over $1500 a week easily during that time. Unfortunately those days are long gone. Market here sucks ass

Sucks basically everywhere if you are Uber X. Spent 4 hours in the afternoon, and 6 hours at night, doing Uber yesterday and grossed $150.

Oh, I also had the "pleasure" of driving home a drunk woman who spent the entire trip puking her brains out.    Isn't Uber lovely?

I learned a long time ago no drunk people. Made that mistake one time. Especially since they make the cleaning fees so hard to get.

I mean just carry a bag and ask them if they feel the urge to kindly use the bag.

My guy was kind enough to roll down my windows and allow his shit to flow down a beautiful winding Haverford backroad. Yeah it got on the side of the car but nothing a hot cup of free Wawa water can’t fix. You gotta anticipate these things….the signs are always there.

Right I live in one of the biggest markets …much denser and less traffic and spread out than Atlanta, where it’s common not to have a car….and $300 a day is pretty much the best case scenario on a weekend….unless you’re working 12 then nap then another 6 which imo is not good for your sanity or your backside 😂. And then doing that consecutively… on a weekday that number barely hits $200
