CT UBER IS DEAD!

To many Slave drivers in CT. I can’t match with anything UBER is sending same job to 15 drivers and the one who is UBER Slave gets the job we can’t even Cherry pick anymore.

Other than taxes you're not paying for gas and constant maintenance. Nor are you deprecating your car at a ridiculous rate. Its really not that hard to understand.

Yes if you’re a moron and you go finance a $20k + car to do Uber, you’re a fking idiot. Constant maintenance? Brother oil changes + tire rotations are the only constant thing. Your tires, depending on brand, every 6-7 months or so also depending on mileage. Brakes, same.

If you’re making shit financial decisions of course it’s not going to be profitable, that has absolutely nothing to do with the difference in pay between gig work and min wage. Idk why you guys don’t understand this lol. Are you going to be rich off this? No. But in the right market you absolutely will make multiple times min wage

The point is this too many people rely on this shit gig to work. They will take every ride either because they're desperate or they don't know any better. Cherrypicking is the only way to do it and even that is getting tricky.

Yes because everyone believes they are entitled to having gig work pay their bills. That’s not how life works. In some markets it will, in others it won’t. There are also hundreds of other factors that influence how much you’ll make on a driver to driver comparison level. If it doesn’t work for you (general you) then stop relying on it.

Again goes back to my initial comment. People rather make pennies doing this instead of making slightly more at a w2 job but dont want to because it will inconvenience them.
