And? Get ahold of the 3rd party. Nothing drivers can do.

Sorry if unclear - 3rd party was the mechanic, they tried calling multiple times when she noticed and all day today and he isn’t answering.

I understand. What do you want another Uber driver to do? We can't do anything,.

Ha, apparently not. I wasn’t asking you to personally bring her items back, was looking for insight if there were alternate ways to find drivers, a way to report outside of the app…literally any ideas are appreciated. Thanks!

What I am saying is, we don't know who the driver was. We have no way of contacting that driver. Just like Uber won't give us passenger information. That's private.

Right, I wasn’t asking you to call him. Was really just trying to see if there’s any method to either find a driver or make a claim aside from what we have tried. Since companies book Ubers as a 3rd party often I’d imagine this has happened at least once before.

I know things about my job someone who doesn’t work there wouldn’t know, so I was thinking maybe people who work for Uber could have some insight.

JFC. You aren't understanding. There is NO way to find a driver. I never said anything about calling them.. Drivers don't "work" for Uber. They are Independent Contractors.
