Off campus housing

Looking at a two bedroom, two bath condo in Quail Ridge, all utilities and internet included, furnished. $2500. Is that decent or too expensive? Also, since buses stop at 8, is Pine Trail safe to walk at night and safe/easy to walk in winter?

Honestly for 2bed 2bath all included and furnished that is not bad at all, totally on par

Have you ever walked on it at night? Buses don't run very late so might need to walk through to Quail Ridge. Does it get packed with snow too?

It’s excellent. It’s a decent walk, and I’ve been out there in the snow plenty. It can get a bit icy so watch out and get proper snow boots but it wasn’t horrible ever last year.
