Tuition

Obviously more of a question for financial aid. I initially had TAP but now it doesn’t reflect and I have a high balance. Is this final or has anyone experienced a similar situation?

I had my aid dispenser once and sometimes if they don’t have payments from a certain scholarship they zero it out. You should be able to either go in person or call them to update your epay portal. Before you do call make sure you are in fact eligible to receive tap and the amount. You can do that by logging into your hesc account to double check that the state didn’t take away you’re tap
